If you have read the introductory pages on our personnel
policy, you will see that we have a flexible employment policy,
in that we engage people on a salaried, contract or freelance basis,
according to the level of demand for your skills.
Essentially, if you are telemarketing person wishing
to work from home, your location is irrelevant, provided that you
can comply with the criteria contained within the candidate profile
below. Such people need not only to have the right skills, equipment
and experience, but also to be self-motivated, self-analytical,
self-critical individuals. Not everyone fits this profile, so please
satisfy yourself that you are able to meet these criteria. If you
have any doubts, please tell us about them and we will try to find
a solution, because it is inevitable that we will find out fairly
quickly!
Also, if you are seeking contract work, you will be
asked to sign a non-disclosure and exclusivity agreement which will
probably preclude you from working with any similar agency or with
any of our clients, so be prepared for this from the outset.
Please make your preferences clear when you enquire/apply.
If you are applying for a telemarketing position, we rarely make
a salaried offer to anyone until we have trialled that person. This
is, of course, also an opportunity for you to assess us!
If you are currently self-employed, you will need
evidence of this. If you are not, but intend to be self-employed,
we will contact you only on presentation of the relevant IR forms.
If you are looking for a full-time operational
role, please call us first, but be prepared to send a CV by e-mail
subsequently.
Applying for work with EUROPA
We are always on the look-out for people with the
skills, experience and personality to help us to grow and improve
our productivity, but, in order to save us all time, please read
the details below thoroughly before contacting us. Once you’ve
done so, you can either call and talk to someone directly or e-mail
your details to enquiries@europa.co.uk,
following up afterwards. Please remember we are a communications
company, so the first thing on which you will be appraised is how
you apply. If a prospective telemarketer cannot make this call,
he/she can probably expect early rejection!
The candidate profile page below gives you an
idea of the skills which you will need to work with EUROPA, along
with some of the questions which we will ask. No one is a perfect

level of experience in each area, you will speed up the decision
process immensely!
